Post-Flourish Conference 2025 Reflections

As I look back on Flourish Conference 2025, I find myself overwhelmed with gratitude and awe. Each year, it feels like we’re ascending further up God’s holy mountain — drawing closer to His heart, climbing higher in the Spirit, and growing together as a community rooted in Christ. Interestingly, someone else even mentioned that same imagery, unprompted, and it deeply resonated with what I’ve been sensing.

This year, something was different right from the start. Typically, Flourish builds slowly—starting with the pre-conference retreat, flowing into worship and talks, and culminating in a powerful outpouring of the Holy Spirit on Saturday night. But this year, we experienced a move of the Holy Spirit immediately. Beginning with the pre-conference retreat, the Spirit moved mightily. One woman, in particular, experienced tremendous inner healing just hours into the weekend.

Friday night came, and again, the Spirit moved in such a powerful way. The atmosphere was thick with transformation. We didn’t have to wait for Saturday—it felt like the Lord was eager to meet us, and He wasn’t holding back.

I can’t reflect on Flourish without expressing my deep gratitude for the prayer ministry team. These ministers served with such humility—no fanfare, no spotlight, just quiet, faithful obedience. Time and time again, I’ve heard testimonies from men and women who were profoundly impacted because a member of the prayer team approached them and offered prayer. In those gentle, Spirit-led moments, breakthroughs happened. It’s a beautiful and often unseen part of the weekend, but truly one of the most powerful.

Another remarkable theme this year was unity. I’ve heard several people express that there’s something uniquely special about what’s happening at Flourish. Of course, the Holy Spirit is moving all over the world—but I believe there’s something significant about a diverse body of Christ gathering together in unity, like the early Church in the upper room. We worship together and pray together to receive the Spirit. And I believe that unity is key—it flings open the door to God’s presence and delights the heart of Jesus, answering His very prayer in John 17.

There’s so much more I could say, but these are the moments and reflections I’m holding close to my heart. Flourish 2025 was a reminder that God is not just present—He is active, generous, and moving among us in powerful ways. I can’t wait for us to keep climbing this mountain with Him.
