Which phrase in Romans 12:12 is hardest for me right now: rejoice, be patient, or be constant? Why?

What “tribulation” (pressure, delay, disappointment, uncertainty) am I currently facing, and how am I allowing it to positively shape my prayer life? How have you noticed your prayer life changing and how can you see it as a deepening of your relationship with God?
